Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), an innovative leader in business process outsourcing and digitization solutions, has launched a new development opportunity for its employees as part of its globally recognized SPS Leadership Academy (SPSLA). National level. The SPSLA program will consist of eight leadership courses designed to support the company-wide vision, mission and strategic goals of SPS.
With customer satisfaction being a key measure of its success, SPS understands that delivering educational programs to its staff must be a perpetual priority. By teaching these skills to those who lead others or are responsible for taking initiatives on behalf of the company, this training aims to increase the leadership capabilities of its employees who have primary contact with customers and their respective customers.
