Stanbic recognized for employee development in Africa

Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, part of the Standard Bank Group, said it recently won three awards at the All Africa Employee Engagement Awards in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

A company statement says the All-African Employee Engagement Awards recognize individuals and companies for their contributions to developing employee engagement and the future of work on the African continent.

He said: “StanbicIBTC Holdings emerged victorious in three of 12 categories. The organization won in the Customer and Employee Experience and Major Corporate Engagement Company of the Year categories. »

National Manager, Human Capital, Stanbic IBTC, Ms. Olufunke Amobi, won the 2019 Employment Engagement Professional of the Year award.

The All Africa Employee Engagement Awards attracted entries from companies across the African continent.

Amobi described the awards “as a testament to the fact that Stanbic IBTC is a great place to work and provides an environment conducive to employee growth and excellence.”
