Netherlands – Horizon Group takes over the temporary employment agency Flexcraft Group

January 14, 2020

The Dutch employment agency Horizon Group has announced the acquisition of the Dutch temporary work agency Flexcraft Group.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The merger took effect on January 8, 2020.

According to Horizon, which owns HMS-Horizon Meat Services, All-in Flex and All-round Flexworkers, the acquisition will make Horizon one of the top 20 employment agencies in the Netherlands.

The Flexcraft Group owns Flexcraft European Work Support, Flexcraft Polska, Aldivèr work and learning jobs, Flexcraft Technology, Flexcraft Detaned and Flexcraft Labor Force.

Flexcraft was founded in 1993 as Aldivèr. It was then a small employment agency, with about 25 people on the show. After autonomous growth and various acquisitions, Flexcraft acquired Work Support in 2015 and founded the Flexcraft Group in 2016. The company now has more than 2,500 temporary employees.

Both organizations will continue to work independently in their current forms and will be led by CEO Moba Aoulad Ben Arroun.

Arroun commented: “By combining the expertise and network of both organisations, we hope to be able to serve our clients and temporary workers even better. Flexcraft is a strong party with a stable market share. The acquisition of Flexcraft is part of Horizon Holding’s growth strategy. Together, we get more opportunities to structurally invest in people and resources.
