NBO launches high potential identification program for employee development

The first phase of assessments under the program was carried out through an assessment center, where employees of the bank, including its Islamic bank counter, Muzn, were subjected to a series of assessments and interviews. in line. Based on their results, a pool of “high potential” candidates has been identified, who will then receive personalized development plans that will chart their continued progress and develop them for their professional growth. In the next batch of evaluations, the bank will target additional employees.

Meanwhile, its in-house training arm, the Academy of Excellence, has been helping its employees achieve their professional goals for over 10 years, with a number of training courses, programs and internship opportunities.
