MGM’s employee development program focuses on international leadership


Diving Brief:

  • MGM Macau is expanding its exclusive PRIDE employee development programs to include 4 critical leads for 111 local team members, in coordination with MGM Resorts International properties in Las Vegas, reports the Macau Daily Times.
  • This is the third year of the program, designed to train associates in best practices in the challenging business of hospitality. These additional training tracks are specifically designed to prepare 21 PRIDE Leadership Associates for international roles.
  • High-potential employees at the Macau and Cotai properties will undergo training in leadership, management, specialization and supervision that will expose them to the challenges they can expect at the start of their careers.
