Responsibilities
- The Employee Development and Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive employee learning and engagement interventions to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce that responds effectively to the needs of Main One.
Specific responsibilities include:
Employee development:
- Developing business learning
- Identify company-wide learning and development (L&D) needs, through job reviews, performance reviews and regular business consultations
- Develop company-wide curriculum and annual training plan
- Manage an enterprise-wide knowledge sharing system.
- Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to design and implement tailored training programs
- Design training materials for internal courses and manage course delivery.
- Ensure legal training requirements are met.
- Manage ITF submissions and refund processing
- Manage planned program costs by keeping them within budget.
- Evaluate the return on investment of any training or development
- Conduct a post-training evaluation of employees (at the end of the course) and their supervisors.
- Develop effective induction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L&D developments by reading relevant journals, taking relevant courses, etc.
Employee contract:
- Develop and implement an annual employee engagement plan.
- Manage employee relations and well-being
- HMO management
- HR Connect/Management of residence interviews
- Management of the annual employee satisfaction survey
- Culture management – value group engagement, town hall meetings, mid-year and end-of-year events, etc.,
- Management of exits and graduates.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of social sciences or humanities.
- At least 7 years of experience as a human resources generalist with at least 4 years of experience in learning and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, strong time management and multitasking skills.
