The Italian employment agency Men at Work (MAW) has announced that it will take over the recruitment firm InJob, also based in Italy.
In Job will officially join MAW in September 2021. Within the new group, InJob (which ended 2020 with more than 50 million euros in turnover, 2,000 direct and temporary employees and 20 agencies) will retain its identity and its Brand.
InJob serves the machinery and mechanical engineering, food and beverage, fashion and luxury, IT and digital, furniture and design, chemical and pharmacy and consumer goods. In addition to Italy, the company operates in other parts of Europe, the United States and Asia
Carlo De Paoli will remain shareholder and Chairman of InJob. Enrica Ronchi, formerly Director of Global Accounts at Adecco Group, will join the company as Managing Director.
MAW is led by CEO Federico Vione, who was previously CEO of Adecco, Americas, UK and Ireland.
