The Italian employment agency Men at Work (MAW) has announced that it will take over the recruitment firm InJob, also based in Italy.
In Job will officially join MAW in September 2021. Within the new group, InJob (which closed 2020 with more than 50 million euros in turnover, 2,000 direct and temporary employees and 20 agencies) will retain its identity and its Mark.
InJob serves the sectors of machinery and mechanical engineering, food and beverage, fashion and luxury goods, IT and digital, furniture and design, chemicals and pharmacy and consumer goods. Besides Italy, the company operates in other regions of Europe, the United States and Asia
Carlo De Paoli will remain a shareholder and Chairman of InJob. Enrica Ronchi, formerly Global Account Director at Adecco Group, will join the firm as Managing Director.
MAW is led by CEO Federico Vione, who was previously CEO of Adecco, Americas, UK and Ireland.
