East Midlands health care employment agency StaffAid has been bought out.
The company, which operates in Leicester and Lincoln, supplies nurses and agency caregivers to nursing homes, hospices and hospitals in the Midlands and was acquired by MCG Group.
The Watford-based acquirer offers recruiting services for industries such as healthcare, aerospace and aviation, construction, education and technology.
StaffAid, which will retain its name, will sit alongside the MCG Healthcare brand which places primary and secondary care professionals including nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
