Over the past year, we have invested heavily in improving our assets and facilities, and this journey continues. We have also started investing in training and development as we need to have an organization that can truly meet the international standards of our stakeholders-customers, the Nigerien economy and community, employees and our shareholders. It is up to all of us to make good use of training for our development and to continue to have a positive impact on the company, âsaid Knudsen.
